As a therapist I work to show up in an authentic, honest way. I firmly believe that anything is possible, given you are ready for change and willing to do the work to create it. I'm 55 years old and have personally been through many, if not most, of the challenges I find myself supporting clients through. I've been working as a therapist for @ 11 years, both with teens and adults. I've also been in recovery from addiction for those same 11 years.
